1About these terms

These terms apply when you use our website, book a free trial class, or enrol. If you apply for a child, the parent or guardian accepts these terms on the child's behalf.

2Our classes

We teach Qur'an reading, Tajweed, Hifz, Arabic and essential Islamic studies online, in batch and one-to-one classes. Course descriptions on the website are a general guide; each student's pace and goals are agreed with the teacher. A stable internet connection and a suitable device are needed; we are not responsible for classes disrupted by your own connection or device.

3Free trial classes

• A trial class is free of charge with no obligation to enrol.
• The date and time you choose on the form is a preference only. The time is final only after our team confirms it with you on WhatsApp.
• We try to match teachers to your preferences (class language, male/female teacher), subject to availability.
• Please give accurate details so we can arrange the right class.

4Admission and fees

Admission and monthly fees, course type and number of classes are agreed with you at enrolment. Details are on the admission page. Fees, refunds and missed-class rules are explained clearly at enrolment.

5Class rules

Detailed rules on class times, attendance, rescheduling, make-up classes and conduct are shared at enrolment. After enrolment, separate guidelines are provided for students, parents and teachers. Class times are in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST).

6Class safety

We want every class respectful and safe. Class links must be kept private, and classes must not be recorded or published without permission. If this is not followed, we may pause or end classes.

7Our content

Text, images, videos, logo and course materials on this website and in our classes belong to Future Ummah Academy or are used with permission. You may use them for the student's own learning, but may not sell or redistribute them without our written permission.

8Using our website

Please do not: submit false information or apply on someone's behalf without permission; send spam or automated requests through forms; or interfere with the website's security or operation. We try to keep information accurate, but course details may change and the site may occasionally be unavailable.

9Third-party services

Our website links to and uses services run by others, including WhatsApp and YouTube. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

10Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss caused by internet or device problems, events beyond our control, or errors in information you provide. We do our best to keep classes regular and of good quality.

11Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest change. Continuing to use the website or classes after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. We will always try to resolve concerns with you directly first.
