1What we collect

Only what you enter in our forms:

• Free trial class request: student's name, age, gender, guardian's name, WhatsApp number, whether you live in Bangladesh or abroad (and country), chosen course, class language, teacher preference, current level, preferred date and time, optional note.
• Admission application: student's name, age, gender, photo (to identify the student), guardian's name and relationship, phone/WhatsApp number, address, course and class-time preference. If you send a fee: proof of payment — method (bKash/Nagad/bank), amount, transaction ID, last 4 digits of the number it was sent from, and an optional payment screenshot.
• Teacher application: name, email, phone, country and city, age, qualifications, experience, subjects and who you can teach, availability, a short note about yourself, a photo, education certificates (image or pdf, up to 3) and an optional link to a recitation sample.

We do not collect: National ID numbers, marital status, date of birth (age only), passwords, card numbers or bank account details (if you send a fee we only keep proof of payment, see above).

2Why we collect it

• To contact you about trial classes and admission, and to arrange class times.
• After admission, to run the student's classes, attendance and progress.
• To review teacher applications.
• For nothing else. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

3Children's data

Many of our students are children. A child's data is collected only with a parent or guardian's consent, which the person filling in the form confirms by ticking the consent box. We keep children's data to the minimum and use it only to run classes.

4Where data is kept and who can see it

• Applications are stored in our database (Supabase, servers in Singapore); photos and files are kept in private storage and cannot be accessed from the website.
• Only authorised Academy administrators — and, after admission, the relevant teacher for the parts needed to teach their own students — can see it.
• A form may also reach us as a WhatsApp message; WhatsApp's own policy applies there.
• The website is hosted by Hostinger. It remembers your language choice (Bangla/English) only in your own browser; we do not use advertising-tracking cookies.
• We do not give your data to third parties unless the law requires it.

5How long we keep it

You (or a child's guardian) may at any time ask us to tell you what data we hold, correct it, delete it, or withdraw consent. Contact info@futureummahacademy.com or WhatsApp +8801791549400; we will respond within 14 days of receiving your request.

7Security

We restrict database access, use spam protection on forms, and keep files in private storage. No online system is 100% secure; if something goes wrong we will inform you and fix it as quickly as we can.

8Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version and date will be published on this page.
